This is a fork seal driver. This new ring style carbon steel driver has an anodized aluminum locking ring which makes it easier and safer to use than the old style with the locking pins. They are perfectly weighted and have a high quality black e-coat as well as laser engraved size markings. These seal drivers allow you to install fork seals without damaging them.
