This is a helmetless headset. This is made by IMC Motorcom and is designed to be used with either a shorty helmet or no helmet at all. It includes a dynamic low noise microphone and two stereo speakers connected by a spring loaded bar that goes around the back of the head to hold it in place. It also includes a 5 pin lower cord that will fit all Goldwing GL1500's, GL1800's and F6B's from 1988-2017.      IMC-HS-G140P
