This is a pair of foot wings. These are made by Baker Built and are designed to mount to the bottom of the engine guards to deflect rain, stones and air away from your feet. They snap on and off easily. So, you can snap them off in hot weather to allow air flow for riders feet and then easily snap them back on to reduce wind and rain on your feet and ankles when needed. These are compatible with most highway pegs and boards. The deflectors are made of scratch resistant dark tinted polycarbonate. These will fit all Goldwing GL1800's and F6B's from 2001-2017 including the models with the comfort package.
