This is a pair of chrome plated mirror bases. These chrome plated ABS plastic bases are made by Add-On and are designed to replace the original painted pieces between the fairing and the mirror boot perfectly. They will fit all 1988-2000 Goldwing 1500's. These do not come with new spring clips. You will need to re-use the original ones from the stock mirror bases or order new ones. 15673-463
