This is a pair of rear fender filler plates. These ABS plastic plates are made by Electrical Connection and are designed to fill in the gaps between the saddlebags and the rear fender. They prevent water and road debris from going through the gaps and covering the back of the bike. These plates are CNC machined, virgin, ABS plastic. One side is textured and the other is smooth – you select your finish. They follow the lines of the fender to the saddlebags and attach to the bike with a single bolt per panel. There is a USA made rubber edge trim that stops the plates from scratching your saddlebags. These include 2 plates (left & right) with all black coated bolts and will fit with the Bushtec trailer hitch. These will fit all 2018-2020 Goldwing and Goldwing Tour models. 09413
