This is a handlebar riser shim kit. These billet aluminum risers are made by Show Chrome and are designed to give you a few options for the positioning of the handlebars. They can adjust the bars 7/8" either forward or backward as well as 3/4" either up or down. These will fit all 2018-2021 Goldwing and Goldwing Tour models. 52-930
