This is a helmetless headset. This is made by IMC Motorcom and is designed to be used with either a shorty helmet or no helmet at all. It includes a dynamic low noise microphone and two stereo speakers connected by a spring loaded bar that goes around the back of the head to hold it in place. It also includes a 6 pin lower cord that will fit all J&M 2003 series handlebar mounted CB radio systems as well as all 1999-2010 BMW's. This will NOT fit the Goldwing 5 pin system.  IMC-HS-B140P
